Founded in 2015, PacNET brings professional system integration and managed services to businesses, schools, non-profits, and communities across Vanuatu.
We do not employ salespeople. When we recommend a product, our team understands it because we use it. Operations in Port Vila and Sydney stay locally owned and operated — global leverage with local emphasis.
Community impact
As an accredited .vu registrar partnering with Neustar and TRBR, we help Vanuatu claim its own digital identity. We have also supported Microsoft certification for schools and non-profit organizations through Microsoft 365 for Education and Non-Profit.

How we grew
Pacific Networks founded with a mission to make cloud and ICT services accessible to Vanuatu businesses of every size.
Engineers committed to ICT as an economic enabler and pursued further study through Australian university scholarships.
Returned to Vanuatu after securing Sydney colocation and building datacenter capacity for hosting and managed ICT.
Became a Microsoft reseller and partnered with VMware, Veeam, and 3CX — expanding enterprise offerings locally.
Granted a TRBR telecom license and became Vanuatu’s first Starlink authorized reseller, accelerating Smart Islands connectivity.
